As Director and Head of Mission and Internal Operations at TSB, Faith ensures the organization's strategic vision translates into impactful, community-rooted programs. As Director of Disruption and Delivery at TSB, Daisy leads efforts to reimagine how development gets done. She specializes in identifying systemic barriers, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring programs are implemented with precision and accountability.
Daisy's work spans SRHR, youth development, and movement building. She is passionate about shifting power dynamics, centering local voices, and building systems that sustain change beyond external support cycles.

Graham is a field builder and sensemaker who transforms data into stories that drive action. With a background in data science and over 8 years of experience in evidence, learning, and impact, he helps organisations understand what works, why it works, and how to do more of it.
As Chief Sensemaker at TSB, Graham leads efforts to capture, analyse, and share insights that inform strategy and strengthen programmes. He specialises in designing learning systems that are participatory, adaptive, and rooted in community realities.
Graham believes learning is about creating spaces for reflection, dialogue, and continuous improvement. He brings technical rigour and creative storytelling to ensure data drives meaningful change.

Josephine brings over 15 years of expertise in strategy, grant management, and adaptive leadership to strengthen leadership and partnerships across global health and development. She works with organisations, networks, and leaders spanning government, philanthropy, civil society, and grassroots movements to translate strategy into practice, achieving equitable results in resource-constrained settings.
Her work centres on global health, SRHR, movement building, governance, and values-driven leadership coaching, while advancing gender equality, human rights, and youth wellbeing through locally led solutions and sustainable systems change.
Josephine has cultivated extensive regional and international networks and is known for working effectively across cultures, sectors, and institutional contexts.

Ajra is a programme management, strategic partnerships, and advocacy campaigns professional with over 10 years of experience strengthening community-driven development and amplifying the leadership, agency, and voice of women, youth, and grassroots organisations across Kenya, South Africa, and Nigeria.
She is skilled in building high-trust relationships, supporting partner-led decision-making, and advancing rights-based advocacy campaigns on gender equity, human rights, and environmental and climate justice. Her work has been recognised by KenyanHeroes.com and Nguvu Collective for championing humanitarian work and influencing high-profile advocacy campaigns.

Elvis is a programme management and youth engagement specialist with over seven years of experience in public health, SRHR, and advocacy across Francophone West Africa. He has worked with Planned Parenthood Global, UNFPA, and the Ouagadougou Partnership (FP2030), leading country programmes and strengthening youth-led initiatives in Benin and the region.
His expertise spans policy advocacy, governance, coalition building, and human-centred design approaches to health programming. Elvis is passionate about empowering young people to lead change in their communities.
Mika is a youth engagement and programme management specialist with experience in SRHR and adolescent health across Francophone West Africa. He has worked with Planned Parenthood Global as Country Focal Point and Programme Manager for Burkina Faso, and with BURCASO on adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health initiatives.
His expertise centres on youth-led programming, community-based health interventions, and strengthening local partnerships for sustainable impact.

Secoumasse is an informatics scientist, web developer, and graphic designer based in Senegal. With a background in English language and literature from Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar and computer programming from Groupe ISM, he brings a unique blend of technical and communication skills to the team.
His experience includes audiovisual production management and social media consulting for ASBEF (Association Sénégalaise pour le Bien-Être Familial), where he supported digital communications and community engagement across Francophone West Africa. Secoumasse is fluent in French, English, Wolof, and Italian.
